You're Just In Time For A News Flash...

Happy Wednesday All,



First of all, right now out of physical books I'm reading Firelight by Sophie Jordan. I just started, but it looks good. (Apparently it's been optioned for a movie, here's the article by Variety). On my E-Reader I've started reading Nina Cordoba's Not Dreaming Of You.


My friend, Loretta Wheeler has just put out a short story available on Kindle and Nook. It looks really good (I plan on getting and reading it, believe me). She told me the god, Pan is involved. It's entitled, The Pan Man. That sparked my interest (I love Greek/Roman Mythology. My hopeless romantic side has read several versions of Cupid & Psyche).

Tess St. John (my marvelous CP) is working on getting her novels ready for release, so don't put away those Kindles and Nooks anytime soon! You won't want to miss out on her work.

Oh and Kerrelyn Sparks fans...September is only 5 months away...then we finally get to see Gregori's story! (He's my favorite Vamp out of her series).


If you like vampires, take a peek at Robin Badillo's work. She's got 2 series available on Kindle.

Hi, Bethany!:) ALL of the books sound good, and I recognize a few names in here also:) There's nothing quite as exciting as seeing people you know personally with a new release...it's nice being in the "company of friends" especially when those friends are fellow writers.

Thank you for dropping by. Sorry to hear about you having trouble posting on here before. Sometimes it happens--I really have no idea why (I've looked into it, and I'll let my readers know if I find out anything). Happy writing :-)

Happy Tuesday Everyone, Does anyone remember the song If I Had A Million Dollars by Barenaked Ladies ? I can't remember when or how I was first introduced to this song, but it's a fun song. So, how about if you had a million dollars? What would you do with it? Of course there's the responsible things to do with a million dollars--pay off debts, and such like that. Then there's the question of whether or not you give to charities, and how much. But, suppose you answered all those questions and you still had quite a lot left; what would you do with it? Maybe I'd go to Disney World. I've wanted to go, and I've never been able to. Or, perhaps I'd go to Germany and England, and Belgium (three of the countries my ancestors are from). It's All About August..

  Hi Everyone! End of August is coming up, and thus, it's time for a monthly update from yours truly. Currently, I'm waiting on some responses on queries for Sugar & Frost . There's been a bit more interest since #UnhingedPit and #questpit, so that's great. I love this story so much, that I'm happy with other people get interested. As far as I'm concerned, it's a fun read. I call it the "book of my heart" because it's just exactly something I'd pick up as a reader and cuddle up with a comfy blanket in a chair, couch, or in bed, with something hot to drink and just enjoy. I also dedicated it to my siblings, so there is a personal aspect to it, too. Other manuscripts:  Moonrise Pack: Shifter Secrets (YA Fantasy, wolf shifters, sweet romance) is in edits--I finally sat down and started working on it. Spotlight On Author: Loretta Wheeler

Happy Tuesday Everyone, There's a gem of an author I've had the privilege of coming across...I'm talking about my friend, Loretta Wheeler. She's a sweetheart and very talented author. I enjoyed her YA Paranormal novella, The Pan Man immensely. And, she also writes Romance. So without further ado, come into my parlor and meet Loretta Wheeler: Me:  In your YA novelette, The Pan Man , you mention Pan's looking for his long lost soul mate. What made you choose Pan out of all the Greek/Roman gods and goddesses? Loretta:  I chose the Greek god Pan, because of the connection with the music. I found later on in the story, (my stories take over and write themselves usually) it applied even more than I realized because of the band's name.
