Fabulously Fine Friday's Winner

Hello Everyone,

Fabulously Fine Friday's Winner, was Victor. Congratulations to Victor! Not only did I draw his name out of the box (no, I didn't look, all the papers were all folded the same way and pretty much all the same size, and I just reached in, without looking, and pulled out a name), but Victor also had a really funny and imaginative comment about what he would do as a dragon. I talked with MaryJanice Davidson's assistant and so she's gonna put everything together to send Victor the copy of the audio of MaryJanice Davidson's Me, Myself & Why.

I want to give a very special thank you to my wonderful and generous donors, who are also fabulous authors. Without them, this contest wouldn't have been possible. So thank you goes to:

Laura Childs

Ciara Gold

Will Simon

Christie Craig

MaryJanice Davidson

All of them were wonderful to interview and incredibly generous with their donations and time.

I want to thank all of you who entered each day, commented, supported me and supported this contest. This celebration wouldn't have been possible without you all, as well.

Congratulations to all the winners and I hope you enjoy your prizes! I had a blast with the whole thing!

Stay tuned...

This coming week I have an author interview scheduled (can't say who, yet, that's a surprise, but I'm excited about it!)

I've got other things I'm working on for this blog and I'm hoping to work with a couple of websites to bring y'all more fun and exciting things.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! See you Monday!

It's Worth A Fortune

Happy Tuesday Everyone, Does anyone remember the song If I Had A Million Dollars by Barenaked Ladies ? I can't remember when or how I was first introduced to this song, but it's a fun song. So, how about if you had a million dollars? What would you do with it? Of course there's the responsible things to do with a million dollars--pay off debts, and such like that. Then there's the question of whether or not you give to charities, and how much. But, suppose you answered all those questions and you still had quite a lot left; what would you do with it? Maybe I'd go to Disney World. I've wanted to go, and I've never been able to. Or, perhaps I'd go to Germany and England, and Belgium (three of the countries my ancestors are from). Travel around seeing family and friends I don't see often. There's all kinds of possibilities. So, what about you? What would you do with a million dollars? Have A Tremendous Tuesday!

It's All About August..

Hi Everyone! End of August is coming up, and thus, it's time for a monthly update from yours truly. Currently, I'm waiting on some responses on queries for Sugar & Frost . There's been a bit more interest since #UnhingedPit and #questpit, so that's great. I love this story so much, that I'm happy with other people get interested. As far as I'm concerned, it's a fun read. I call it the "book of my heart" because it's just exactly something I'd pick up as a reader and cuddle up with a comfy blanket in a chair, couch, or in bed, with something hot to drink and just enjoy. I also dedicated it to my siblings, so there is a personal aspect to it, too. Other manuscripts:  Moonrise Pack: Shifter Secrets (YA Fantasy, wolf shifters, sweet romance) is in edits--I finally sat down and started working on it. I'm not very far along in the editing, yet, but hopeful about polishing it. I had made a poster for it for #PosterPit since they allow W...

Spotlight On Author: Loretta Wheeler

Happy Tuesday Everyone, There's a gem of an author I've had the privilege of coming across...I'm talking about my friend, Loretta Wheeler. She's a sweetheart and very talented author. I enjoyed her YA Paranormal novella, The Pan Man immensely. And, she also writes Romance. So without further ado, come into my parlor and meet Loretta Wheeler: Me:  In your YA novelette, The Pan Man , you mention Pan's looking for his long lost soul mate. What made you choose Pan out of all the Greek/Roman gods and goddesses? Loretta:  I chose the Greek god Pan, because of the connection with the music. I found later on in the story, (my stories take over and write themselves usually) it applied even more than I realized because of the band's name. I won't mention the name of the band in here, because it's part of the surprise ending. Me:  You're mostly known for your Romance stories. How would you describe your writing style? Hot, suspenseful, sensual, sw...
