Announcements!

Happy Monday All,

Last week Robin Badillo put out the 3rd novel in her Blood Hunter (adult*) Paranormal Romance series, The Return available from Extasy Books.

*I put this there as a reference to a post I posted last Friday about genre age groups.

This Thursday I'm having an (adult Romance) author interview and a giveaway, so be sure to come back on Thursday, July 21, 2011.

I'm on an Oreo kick again...the Reduced Fat ones actually taste like the regular (even though the fat is a little lower).

Currently I'm reading Starcrossed by Josephine Angelini (a YA fantasy/paranormal novel--that has Greek Mythology mixed in it). Just released this year from HarperTeen. Pretty good so far.

What are you reading?

Have A Mythical Magical Monday!

So what are you reading now?

I've never done that...I'll have to put some in the freezer. Thanks for dropping by :-)

Bethany, did you say 'reading' or 'eating'?!!!
In your case and mine, the answer is probably "BOTH!"

It should come as no surprise that I just finished Janet Evanovich's "Smokin' Seven" and I am just about to start Mary Janice Davidson's
"The Royal Mess",(it's just out in paperback; she has written so much,I will never get everything of hers read).

And I am eating Nutmeg-Pecan muffins that I have had in the freezer. I baked a lot while the weather was cool , so now I have homemade goodies without the heat, and boy, has it been hot here in Ky.
Frozen Oreos sound like a way to stay cool!

Tonette,

I said reading LOL But eating works, too. I'm not a big fan of pecans, but that still sounds like a fun treat. Enjoy "The Royal Mess".

Thank you for dropping by :-)

It's Worth A Fortune

Happy Tuesday Everyone, Does anyone remember the song If I Had A Million Dollars by Barenaked Ladies ? I can't remember when or how I was first introduced to this song, but it's a fun song. So, how about if you had a million dollars? What would you do with it? Of course there's the responsible things to do with a million dollars--pay off debts, and such like that. Then there's the question of whether or not you give to charities, and how much. But, suppose you answered all those questions and you still had quite a lot left; what would you do with it? Maybe I'd go to Disney World. I've wanted to go, and I've never been able to. Or, perhaps I'd go to Germany and England, and Belgium (three of the countries my ancestors are from). Travel around seeing family and friends I don't see often. There's all kinds of possibilities. So, what about you? What would you do with a million dollars? Have A Tremendous Tuesday!

It's All About August..

Hi Everyone! End of August is coming up, and thus, it's time for a monthly update from yours truly. Currently, I'm waiting on some responses on queries for Sugar & Frost . There's been a bit more interest since #UnhingedPit and #questpit, so that's great. I love this story so much, that I'm happy with other people get interested. As far as I'm concerned, it's a fun read. I call it the "book of my heart" because it's just exactly something I'd pick up as a reader and cuddle up with a comfy blanket in a chair, couch, or in bed, with something hot to drink and just enjoy. I also dedicated it to my siblings, so there is a personal aspect to it, too. Other manuscripts:  Moonrise Pack: Shifter Secrets (YA Fantasy, wolf shifters, sweet romance) is in edits--I finally sat down and started working on it. I'm not very far along in the editing, yet, but hopeful about polishing it. I had made a poster for it for #PosterPit since they allow W...
